Generally Prostruc operates in the role of Principal Consultant working directly with our clients. Our project management activities are tailored to suit the task at hand. Invariably our role in this function will include at least one or any combination of elements of management of design, management of construction, management of sub-consultants and management of project costs. We offer flexibility with our proven capacity and some of the more specialised tasks have been:
- secondment by Transfield Construction for the role of Design Manager for the Docklands Infrastructure project in Melbourne
- project management and provision of full-time on site supervision for the heating installation for Qantas Line Maintenance Hangar at Tullamarine airport.
- providing project management, design and construction management to reduce the footprint at 32 South Wharf in order to accommodate Port of Melbourne Corporation enlarged turning basin in the Yarra river.
- providing project management and design for the award winning Silo A upgrade at Melbourne Cement Facilities
